In-Store Service Reporting System

Our In-Store Service Reporting System enables you to drill down to the store level to view call reports. Call reports are completed by our representatives during every store visit and are uploaded to our In-Store Service Reporting System via both web entry and fax. The reporting system is available to clients 24/7/365 via a password-protected web portal.

Informative Call Reports

Call reports are entered online by representatives on our In-Store Service Reporting System and are available to you in real time. Representatives are also required to submit fax copies of the reports they complete to the Reporting System. All fax reports include store manager signatures, which the representatives are required to acquire as confirmation that the visits were completed.

Photographs

Many call reports feature photographs. Photos may be emailed directly from the Reporting System to your internal and external contacts, providing key stakeholders with a view into store conditions and confirmation of program execution.

Summary Reports

Our custom reporting features enable you to create rollup reports that summarize the key data points for your program. This summary data is critical to making decisions on your business.
